TECHNICAL DETAILS
Q: Can all alumni participate in the 2021 UII Tracer Study?
A: No, only graduates from the class of 2019 are eligible for the 2021 survey.
Q: What should a 2019 graduate do if they cannot access the questionnaire?
A: Please contact the UII Tracer Study Team via email at [email protected].
Q: Is it necessary to use a UII email to log in?
A: No. Any active email address can be used, though Gmail is recommended.
Q: What if I don’t receive a confirmation email after signing up?
A: First, ensure the email address and student ID (NIM) are correctly entered (the system is sensitive to spaces). Second, try using a different email. Third, ff the issue persists, contact the Tracer Study Call Center or Field Surveyor Team.
Q: Must the questionnaire be completed in one session?
A: No. You may continue at a later time. Be sure to click “Continue” to activate the auto-save feature.
Q: Can the questionnaire be completed using a mobile phone?
A: Yes. The system is mobile-friendly. For optimal viewing, set your phone to landscape mode, especially for wider columns.
Q: Can I revise my answers after submitting the completed questionnaire?
A: No. For data security, once you click “Submit,” your responses are locked. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
QUESTIONNAIRE CONTENT
Q: What does “main activity after graduation” mean?
A: It refers to the most dominant activity you have engaged in since graduation. If you have had more than one, choose the first primary activity undertaken post-graduation.
Q: Does “graduation” refer to the convocation ceremony or the academic graduation (judicium)?
A: It refers to the academic graduation (judicium), not the convocation ceremony.
Q: What is meant by “unemployed”?
A: It refers to respondents who are not working, not self-employed, and not continuing their education. Homemakers may be considered as employed.
Q: What if I have no supervisor because I hold the highest position at my workplace?
A: “Supervisor” refers to the individual to whom you directly report your work. Identify the person who oversees or evaluates your performance.
Q: How do I calculate the time taken to begin further studies?
A: This includes the period from preparing your application to receiving the official letter of acceptance from your chosen university or program.

Q: When will the Lucky Draw winners be announced?
A: The draw will take place after the data collection phase concludes. Winners will be randomly selected through an online system and announced via Live Streaming on YouTube. Only alumni who complete the Tracer Study are eligible for the Lucky Draw.
